Sedona Mago Retreat offers a variety of spiritual programs that guide you to living a mindful and balanced life. These principles center on the three bodies: physical body, energetic body and spiritual body. The Tao perspective emphasizes that complete health and happiness begins and ends with the energy system. Our goal is to provide tools, knowledge and practice to empower individuals and groups to live authentically. Our programs, by nature, are healing, inspiring and transformative.
